For a character to be considered active, they must have have tagged into at least 3 posts in a month, and made at least two comments to each thread.
World-building
The geography of Faery is very fluid. Burby itself is locked into its particular form, but the surrounding area is capricious and unreliable. You might walk from a friend's cottage in the forest and half a mile later find yourself in the desert.
Certain areas can be locked in place by powerful characters or groups of characters. These locations are listed here.

The town of Burby has a population of approximately 500 people. This includes playable and non-playable characters. Some are fae folk, some are monsters, and many are humans who stumbled in and have yet to find the way out.
Currency
All forms of currency are accepted in Burby…depending on the fae folk’s mood. Some shops are good about accepting money, but others demand a different price – the color of your hair, your favorite smell, or simply a favor owed. Be careful what bargains you make, and do try to do most of your shopping at establishments run more human folk.
